Job Descriptions

(Japan) Looking for a Housekeeping Manager for a luxury hotel. 

Responsibility: 
- The ability to work closely with other department and division heads , to attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. 
- The ability to drive the departmental goals.
- Take an active role to meet the financial goals with adequate inventory and par stock level to meet the service standards.
- Oversee the housekeeping and laundry schedule to ensure proper coverage for operations.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other Four Seasons computer systems as necessary for the job.
- To conduct yourself in a professional manner always and maintain high grooming standard.

Requirements:
• Previous work experience in similar positions in a luxury hotel is preferred
• Preferably candidates who can speak Japanese Language (a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

  • Basic Salary: JPY 450,000 – 500,000 (Approximately USD 2,831 – 3,146) (Negotiable based on experiences)
